Summer? Time to break or make??

Figure out why you are relying on a broken relationship. i have many friend who get out of r/ship here and there. Bad time to do anything in relation. hahah.

The beginning of summer is always ripe with barbecues, graduations and weddings. Although these get-togethers often happily reunite us with family and friends, they also tend to unhappily reunite us with our exes of yesteryear. Indeed, even with all we have learned from painful breakups, some of us simply cannot resist the temptation of reconnecting with an old flame. And when that old flame is front row and center at a mutual friend’s wedding, the temptation becomes even more irresistible.

Don’t fool yourself into thinking that love alone is driving your revolving door, as there are generally a myriad of different emotions driving your decision process. Figuring out these emotions and deciphering what is truly driving you to be in a broken relationship will help you stop the destructive pattern.

Sit down and write down the emotions that come to your mind when you think about breaking up with your ex for good. Whether you are jealous at the thought of seeing your ex with someone new, nostalgic at the thought of losing a close friend, or terrified at the thought of being alone and dating again, you might be surprised to discover that your list isn’t built upon love alone. Juz came back from 4km run. Shagged... In case ure wondering why leroy so gungho... he is goin to take part for several 10km run leh... Shiok, man!! Almost gonna take part in one the dragonboat in mid-may. IM MUST WEAR LIFE-JACKET, but i heard its quite small leh.

Exam's not over yet. I juz have one last sat and the rest are lining up nxt tue, wed and sat. Sat having a pre-chalet with the lads. Really forward for the chalet, we were like seperated for 12 years and now we are back!

Glad to know some of them are quite enthu, i hope none will put aeroplane. Given the fact, elaine(one of the 'activists') not goin to join us. :P I told her, im very sad, sad... :( hahahaaa...

By the way, i saw an advert this morning on COACH white bag. My sis said its damn chio lah. Shortly after, i realised elaine has a 'love at first sight' for this New COACH ERGO PATENT LEATHER PLEATED FRAMED SATCHEL. I bet gals will drool about it... yoohoo...

Hello peepz.... im surprised to leave my blog for almost 8months. haha... Last semester of year 3 is finishing. Studying for exam. :P

Im still the same old me, maybe put on some weight. This semester have been an enriching one. I enjoyed all the modules im taking.

Also, i believed my bond with my primary pal are getting stronger. We went out almost every fornight. We drank, ate and party till late. ShIok, man!!! Coffee club, essential brew, novena cafe n pub, prata shop and any places u can think of, to chill.

Having a chalet with them in May, i can foresee it will be a hell of a party! About 80% of the people coming will be dead drunk. hahaha... Guys, prepare cameras for 'merlion' city!

SO many things to say but juz dun hv the discipline to pen it down...
First of all, all tutorials kick in! was kinda looking fwd to meet new friend in my SS and SARTOR course. SS is spore studies, just requirement whereby NUS students need to fulfil... Errmmm, tertiary style of social studies... I chose 'Employee management in spore'! it is a fun and interesting module... Basically u go there and talk and talk!!! hee. Oh... I got a funny lecturer too. Hes Dr Winston Lee, an old senior lecturer. He's nice, understanding and very LAME!! Lame not as in cripple but.wu liao!!! Hes famous joke,

'Class! theres a new King in NUS!!! Guess who?' we were like 'huh? change dean?' He's anwer was 'BURGER KING!(newly opened this semester!)'

Shortly after blogging abt my holiday, school starts liao... there's goes my enjoyable break. Time to mug again... This sem will be taking 2 biz related modules, hopefully everything goes fine... In fact ytd sch starts but no tutorial so no sch... i went to buy stationary and medicine. Went to suntec to wait for hp to knock off...

Its mummy's bdae this week... We went to Si Chuan Dou Hua at UOB center last sunday. Nice scenary and food. Its at 60storey!! Damn high, yet shIok!!! We ordered the set lunch and since its mom bdae, they gave us a glass of red wine! HEAVEN!!!

PLAY AT WORK...

This holiday i have home quite late also. Enjoying life like no tmr. Was out with my primary sch frenz quite often lately. On a friday nite where we tot of having a simple dinner at Novena Sq. Surprisingly, Beatrice is free to join us. Thats great! We met at Novena Sq and brought her to Revenue House for sushi dinner. The rest met us there thou. Sharon came with Fiona, whereas Lester came shortly after. Its the Japanese Village where they sell 99cents per plate. Quite Cheap. After dinner, we are looking for someplace to chill and we really went to a 'cold' place! The place called Eskimo (i tink) at sin ming ave. ICE CREAM are awesome with a perfect rm temperature. haahaa.

After a cooling ice cream, we decided to go to kok wei's pub at boat quay. Lester went home and collect his car. He's really slow to come down from home. We waited and waited. Finally, came down with excuses and off to CHamber 82! We jus drank beer and wait for our turn to sing hahah.

Sharon's abit high la... wahaha... Everyone was so happy that they wanna go clubbing the following wk... And for real, we went dLb O... hahaha.. Retro night... was fun and enjoyable la...

11 July 2007 i turned 23. I have a rather quiet bdae... haa.

On the eve of my bdae, my primary sch joined me for a KTV session... Thanks guys, really appreciate it... I met elaine early for dinner and then came edward. We met at 7pm to sing at Bishan Partyworld. Emme, fiona and sharon met us there. I sensed that sth fishy when they ran away from me when i spotted them downstair. Hmmm...
We sang a few songs as usual then, emme went out with edward to bring in the cakeS. Two small cakes and placed present on top of TV set. hahaha. They bought me a Issey Miyaki perfume. They claimed that the smell can attract gals wor. hahaha...
The particular week, i have chalet with poly pals at costa sand... It was not that fantastic but enjoyable. Alex rented a car that facilitates our movement. One of the most expensive chalets i ever have, a number of mates did not turned up and each of us gotten pay more...

the rest are eating durian but i cant, cos i drank quite an amt of wine le... :(

Offical holiday starts!!! So what have i did during the holiday? NOTHING!!!! Yes, LeRoy juz laze ard at home and spent $$ like water... Sad... Where do i splurge on? u'll know in a while...

Well, its holidae for me. And i have organised many gatherings, from primary sch to Army buddies... KTV, Chalet and retail therapy have ocuppied most of time till now. Have enjoyed myself greatly.
Hmmm... First up, will be Rita's wedding. She's my classmate in NUS. Dun ask me how old is she, but all i can say is... She's old enuff to get married hahah... No photo because i look plump in the pics. haa...
Next is of my family gathering... Fathers' Day... I suggested the rest of my cousins to bring our dad to KTV. haahaa. Fun? U bet! they enjoyed so much that we went again the following week. Sing sing sing...

Fathers' Day. They just cant get enuff of it. We, the children, hardly sang... So the nxt week, we have 2 rooms instead of 1. haahaa

Heyhey... Blogging world welcome me back... Hail the KING!!!
Its more than 2 months since my last post. im juz pure lazy to blog la... hee. Tons of event surrounded for the past few weeks... i shall list them one by one from my very last post. haahaa.

As i were saying my Redang trip was unlikely, HAHAHA... I went! Gotten my grp mates for their understanding. Managed to finish my part of our project then (in a rush, so bound to hv errors), so my family and i went for a road trip to K. Trengganu... An 8 hour drive from Spore to Trengganu, dad n i took turn to the wheels. Hmmm... We set off at ard 9pm and when its ard 4am in the morning i took over. Dad reccommended a new route via a small town so i followed his instruction. Everything was goin fine, but when we reached the quiet, small town. We're LOST... No matter how we tried, we kept coming back to the same area. Eerieeee.... Woooooo. Guess what? When we are back to spore, we realised that that town was a cemetery! Scary... Till dawn, we got out finally and reached our destination ard 10am... Shagged road trip!!!

We went for a breakfast before visited our relative... KT are famous for their bun. nice!! oh. fried noodle too!

After a hearty breakfast, we went to my uncle hse. i haven been there for 10 years. Wow... Nothing much has changed. What caught my eyes was the garden. My aunt has a huge garden that has lady-fingers, papayas, mangoes, pamelos and flowers and also DURIANs... took some nice pics.

Next stop, we went to check in hotel lo. All i need then was a cold shower to reduce my body temperature. Then we went for shopping... eat and eat only... Visited the Batik museum, the aircon spolit and i din really want to stay too long. HOT~~~ weather... Thereafter, we went back to the hotel. We turned in early cos we're goin to Pulau Redang the next day!!!

Breakfast at hotel before uncle picked us up to the jetty. Anyway, the breakfast sux. Not much variety and few flies on the buffet food. Arghhh.

We are smiling not becos of the food, but the excitment to go redang... Took the coach then a ferry to the island.

Without a doubt, redang lives up to its clarity of water and excellent scenary. Chio! Over there, they have a few different resorts. The one we went is very chi-na.. All chinese lo. I still prefer the 5-stars resort (show u later.) Anyway, we juz have 1/2 day there. Shopping and snapping photos... MOreMOre tea Inn movie scene is there too.

SuPPose to go Redang this weekend, but now it seem more and more unlikely. I have project assessment nxt monday. I managed to did my part in time but still need to integrate with the rest. Then came the 'out-of-project' issue, one grp mates of our apparently suffer from post result syndrome... He not sure if he shld join us anot... Damn pissed off la, destory the strong spirit of the entire team... Whole grp was damn TL... Its definfitely goin to be a 3 man team instead... NO MORE BABYSIT!
Screw you!!!

Anyway, was reading michelle's blog on our pri sch gathering... I dun recall laughing at her lo... LOLx... She was describing everyone of us... To qoute, 'Leroy, the boy who used to be pretty huge, but has since slimmed down (a lot!). Knew him in 1991, and I still remember that he laughed at me when my butt got smacked by my primary 1 chinese teacher when I stared at the birds outside the classroom. Now he's doing EE in NUS, and may be my student in my future TA-ed classes. =P'

PS: Why head looks so BIGGGGGG?

Hopefully, i can be ur student la, then u can give me tips.... muahahahha... Okay, gotta rush project liao... WISH MI GD LUCK....

Wow...
Doing special term can be really stressed... Straight after exam gonna do this EE2001 during special term that cost $700... Sleepless nights continued... Thank god, i have a grp of frenz that help mi to destress la... We're out a couple of time over weekend. Although did not really enjoyed much (Heart is still with project), appreciate everyone presence... heehee...

A couples outing with primary and one with poly mates... After a sem of sch work, my poly mates and i finally met out for dinner last month... Great to know they are doing pretty well... I organised a chalet during July 13-15 2007 at costa sand. We'll denfinitely will have a blast party then... Zhiqing the Merlion will be there too... hhahahaha... *EVil...

After knowing each other for more than 10years, my primary sch mates are still 'within touching distance'... Its sth most of my other frenz envy the most. We have managed to contact almost all of my primary 6 classmates... Yeah! there are still pple not FOUND! Hereby putting up a MISSING NOtice...

Emme's left eye hit elaine head really hard that emme bled.... hahaha... Its so comical... the very first ball that i tossed up in the air! hahahah... Funfun...

Last sat, it was fantastic... guest of honour: Michelle Teo... lolx. A figure whom to many, last met was 1996. We were pretty grateful that she came.. As well as lewis, minghong, shiwei and my dear Sharon lah... this cha bor really ONZ... Really dropby to say hi even though she has a flight to catch the nxt morning 5am. Xiexie Ni...

Elaine, Fiona and i were out early for lunch and KTV... Thanks to my late coming, both of them got a free treat from mi... Lolx... Off to KTV at Safra Yishun. SIng Sing Sing and Sing till 6pm... Fiona went to collect the car before we head off to meet the rest... STeamboat!!!

After rounds and rounds of locating carpark, we found one PRC 'chopping' a lot... Im not quite sure if its allow in china, but for sure spore is a NONO... i went to approach the guy in english, he mumble and mumble, and before he's done i walked off, asking fiona to wait. Meanwhile, elaine n i went to gather the rest... they are all over the places, lolx... Finally settled down n makan... We were having a great time catching up with the lost ones and of cos, lester's dirty jokes and hoesoon lame joke that no one understand... hahaha...
After makan, we went brewerkz to chill... Laughters end the day nicely!!!
Conclusion... always gd to have car when go gathering, u can go anywhere!!!

Finally! Exam's over!!!!
Besides goin back to sch for project, i tink im so avaliable... hahhah
Thats why i go pamper myslef...
Early morning, i went to Si Ma Lu temple pray then go for my facial... Helll, i din know my face is so dirty lo... Acnes, pimples are out to deepen my face... The beautican is my sis colleague's cousin, i enjoyed the cold steam n mask... Its hurt quite a bit when she tried to remove all the black heads, I almost jump out of the bed and punch her... But i guess it worth it... hahaha.

Next, i planned to go penisula to get a shoe. My adidas Telstar need a compeition so i shld get one to 'fight'... As u know, ur frenz here has a big foot of size 13! NOT EASY TO FIND!!!! Then i found this shop, Feder Sport... Well, apparently only NIKE has 13... Hmmmmm... Actually, i prefer Adidas than Nike, but this 'Haa-leh-lu-ya 'shoe caught my eye~!!

Hi all, so long din update liao... Finished all assignments and paper works finally... Reading week starts nxt week and exam begins... So many funny and ridiculous events happened this few week... hahahha...

To name a few; there's two aunties wanna borrow my HP at vivocity, recall the warning from sch noticeboard(Man ran away with borrowed phone), i rejected them...

Juz came back from ICA and makan... Heavy traffic on the way to collect passport. I have sequeeze our car here n there lo. By the time we got our passport, its already 5pm... Off for dinner! Sis got pay increment so went to Tony Romas' Ribs! We were so full n hardly move! Quite exp though but i guess worth every single cents! Yummy...

Went to watch movie with parent last week... 'Just Follow Law' @ Vivocity... Its a 155pm show, went there early to buy tix. Im hungry and we went to try the toastbox! Not a bad place, prices are affordable though. If u really love peanut butter like me, try the peanut thick toast! Awesome... Dinosaurs are everywhere, Toastbox's too sweet la... Afterthat, we headed to the cinema... Its a funny, yet reflects the backdrop of most company... 'ARROW', 'Can Siam, better do it quick'... Its so real... Reminded me abt my NS days.. Ops... shall not carry on la... hahahha. In the nutshell, 8/10! Fann's bold act... Take my hat to her... Siao Cha Bo act... After her soul n gurmit's swap, all the scratching, groping and looks... wahahah... damn funny, u will see Fann like never before... I shall give her my reowned Os'Roy' Award!!!

Quite a relax week, miniproject3 juz started... Aiyo... schedules start cracking up!!! ytd went to IT Show 2007 @ suntec... So many pple la, packed like hell... Matt and i survived the ordeal though. I bought a cheap optical mouse! Not for $19, not $15, not $10 but an upsize BIG Mac meal! $6 odd... Personally, i feel company hired too many temp staff... 55% of pple there were their staff... Push here and there... Ohh... i bumped into Jerline, she's modelling for casio camera... Anyone wanna buy, can look for her la... hhahaaa. Matt and i tried a lucky draw, hoping to win an OS vista... Well, we didnt la... we left afterthat...

Suppose to go MOS with Joel n gang, but not enuff to party so postponed... Dad went to S-club, tot of following him but i guess, a healthier choice is better... BASKETBALL Session with alex... Was really upset with myself last few weeks... Not able to perform well... Really a shame of myself... Its the second time i thought of ending my life... I dunoe what to do... I feel SOsosososo helpless... The 1st time was failing my english prelim during secondary school... damn freaking down... Juz hate myself so much. However, i dun have the courage, i scared of pain, i dun want my family cry for me by my bed... Frustrated!!!

Yup... Im the KING!
According to dictionary.com, LEROY is a male given name: from Old French, meaning “the king.” haha... whats a discovery!

Before the 15th day of CNY comes, i hereby wish everyone a happy new year... Great year ahead! DIn take much pics this year, only some on the first day... Was so busy visiting and entertaining pple during that period. Lost nearly $50 in a game of 'in between'... The rest are juz taboo and pictionary.

Although i have a week break during CNY, i spent it with an uneasy feeling la... Projects and CAs follow the week. Michelle din even go out of her hse, CK n lijian were back in sch to study... Piang arh!!!! Miniprojects and math are over now... So kinda relax abit...

Try to organise chalet for primary sch mates, some not free and worse still dun want to reply. KNN! Damn fed up la... In the end, we cancelled it not becos of poor response but the chalet management. Tutorials and Labs kick in! Busy, busy and busy... Gotten reduce the number of outings and party... TEsts and projects are just round the concer before CNY.

Quite happening week though. 20th Jan was out with eileen and lisha to celebrate lisha bdae. We went to Lawrys Prime Rib... Yummy, and of cos expensive... Well, they have the bdae promotion and so the price is reasonable afterall. We ordered manin course each and was entitled free flow of soups, salads, fruits and ice-cream! shiok! They have the 'acrobatic' spinning salad! Vegie were so fresh! *drool... Just as we were about done, a grp of Lawrys staff came out and sang 'HaPpy Bdae!'. We were kinda shocked at first cos they were using opera typr of singing. haha. INteresting!!! hee..
Afterthat, we went to shop... I bought Spore version of Taboo!!! CNy, wwe have sth to play le... Muahaha...

Janjan asked mi if i need a haircut from her friend. Cheap yet nice... And the following day, i went to cut at hougang... U guys have seen my hair!! heehee... Not many can accept, hahah... anyway, here's more of it...

Phew!!! Just before my mum wanna throw my silver braclet away, i spotted it. Thank god! it meant so important to me. And all of the sudden, memories came rushing in me... Its a birthday gift from someone very special. I was ignorance then. Very sad la... Seeing all the rust and dirt, i soaked it in a glass of coke, hoping to revive it.

Its work pretty well after soaking for a day... hee.
NUS has this sport bazaar at central library forum, we went shopping ard lo. Then there's a stall selling adidas Tee. I was looking at the Tee then the tender call me wor. I was like, 'who,who'... It was my primary sch pal, terence teo. We attended CDAC in sch 10 years ago... after chatting, i helped him by buying a polo tee lah... hee... BUT its cutting too small for mi. -_-'''
So today i went to exchange today.
Met Shuying to go school together, we chatted on the bus. This is the first time 151 flew to school, bypassing many many stops. Lolx...
Also, i saw LARRAINE!!! hahah... Shuying knows her and she my sis's colleague's sister. hahaa.. We are hi-bye frenz la...

Hv lunch at macdonald with the rest. Saw phyllis queuing up, haven seen her for quite sometimes. Then matthew told me how cool abt their elective lecture is. Lolx. He asked me abt wats FGM(FEMALE GENITAL MUTILATION FEMALE )? After telling me abt getting a new white bedsheet when married, to prove the purity of ur darlin. Anyway, i wont do this at least... Its the trust, afterall. Haha. Then, in africa, to prevent gals for goin horny, they actually cut a part inside. Sux! Reason being to prevent STD... Its against human right n evenually ban by united nation...

Start of a 'drama' class! Nope, i din join the cca but my eng lesson. The tutor is so dramatric... She like sua pple. Almost everyone kena 'sua' by her, including me! Self intro for a start, 'hi everyone, my name is leroy. Am studying in engineering...' then she shouted, 'oh issit? I din know' scartistly! Kns. I dunoe mah... Everything that came out of her mouth are 'alive'. Her hand gesture n facial expression said it all. Damn freaking drama.

Was busy doing tutorial so no time to update. heehee.
LAst sat was the first sat since school starts, since theres no tutorial, i decided to be out!

In the afternoon, i went golfing with two frenz. They were so enthu about playing golf. In fact this is the second successive week. After all the 'miscue' and strained arm, i thought we have a hell of the ball game. haahaa.

Thereafter, we met elaine for a short coffee break at MOS burger. She started her intern at PSA, she let us know what kept her busy lately...

Shortly sfter, i joined my cousin for makan. We have a fantastic dinner at clarke quay, Brewerkz. Nice and cool place to chill. Without realising the serving of the main course we ordered, we were shocked! Its damn big lar... i even struggled to finish mine. 5 of us were too full to continue and decided to 'play' with the foods. hahah..

AFter a heavy dinner, we went to boat quay's MIND cafe. Our big brother, Freddy met us there. Played a couple of games and finally settled with Taboo! A game that describe the word to teammates. Lotsa fun and misintepretation!

Din i mentioned that meeting someone that u hasnt seen for ages, just make ur day slightly better. I was on my way to sch(raining AGAIN), YES, on the same bus where i bumped into Regina, i saw my cousin. He was with his gf and gf sister. His gf stayed near my block. What caught my eyes wasnt his chick but her sister... muahahhaha... :P

Today i have 4 hr of lectures thru out. 1st half was Electronice devices. It was pretty interesting cos we were taught to make 'crystal'... haha.. and sands is the basis of crystal. However, a lond lost frenz came into the picture... PERIODIC TABLE... ARGGhhhh.... Dun be mistaken, im in EEE not chem Engine...

2nd half leh, we have a talk from the CEO of Xilinx(a MNC semicondutor company). The ang moh gave a fun talk lah... BUT maybe it was too long... Students were abit quiet, restless or 'asleep'... BUT but... towards the end of the talk
When the organiser said these 'REFRESHMENTS ARE SERVED OUuuuTTT....side', before he can finish his sentence. This happened...

Maybe someone did something noble enough and was reported to Royal Swedish Academy . Then u got ur name on a gold plated mint! hahah...

Well, given the fact that Nobel Prizes are prizes awarded annually to people (and, in the case of the Peace Prize, sometimes to organizations) who have completed outstanding research, invented 'ground-breaking' techniques or equipment(earthquake??), or made an outstanding contribution to society in physics, chemistry, literature, peace, medicine or physiology and economics.

The brief history is that a Swedish chap wrote many wills before he died. I think last one is about giving our prizes?! Ohh... his name is Alfred Nobel, thats why u got NOBEL prize!!!

Why leRoy talks abt this out of sudden? its because i visited the Nobel exhibition in NUS! haahaa... Nothing much in fact! juz some of the article by the winners... We very bo liao and did some 'comparsion'

Its only second days of school and i have spent $50 odd on books and notes... I think i still need to buy 2 more books. By the way, im just wondering if u pple are aware that there's a clementi book store in Clementi(of cos). They are selling Polytechnics and Uni textbooks @ a cheaper rates. I asked a couple of frenz and they dunoe...
So nxt time, go there buy text books, ya? Just bought two text for my EE modules... HP said she doesnt hv so i buy. :(

Oh... Today is a raining day... Everywhere cold cold de... On my way to sch, i bumped into michelle(Uni) on the 151 bus. We were talking abt how we spent our holiday... Then at that instance, i realised i slurped lotsa $$ on KTV... OMG.. I went oso every week. Arghhh... Now break, broke, broken already...

Hi pple, im back!!! After almost 6 months, i have returned.. Miss me? doubt so... haahaa. After completing a semester of Uni, realised how different Uni life is as compared to Poly's... Wooo.. Thank God, i make it to the 2nd round... Yeah!
For those who dunoe, im in NUS. ALL of my poly brothers and sisters are in NTU. When pple ask me why do i chose NUS instead. Trust me, NO one will believe me... I met new friends and thats impt! This new grp of frenz, juz mug, mug and mug... Well, its not becos they want, but they MUST!!
The route to success, MUGGING! Hell Yeah!

Enough of sch thingy, 2006 is an eventful yr. ORD and being of Uni life! the best part came towards the end of the year. GRATHERING!!
Am quite surprise my primary sch kaki are so spontaneous... first, we have a simple dinner, then KTV, then more KTV, then steamboat, bowling, drinking and even golfing!!! we have lotsa fun. Its somemore rekindles our bond...

On the last day of my holiday, i got a suprise! haha.. Winie and i went out together... We enjoyed the weekend @ VivoCity... For sure, i ended my Sunday with a bang! Yeah!
